Floor Flow Yoga

A gentle, 45min yoga flow where we don't get off the floor (or couch, or bed!) A great place to start if you are new to yoga, haven't practiced in a while, or are looking for a more chill practice that focuses on grounding poses. Expect to build strength and flexibility while learning to use props to support your practice.

This 30min yoga class combats stress, improves circulation, and enhances flexibility through a series of gentle poses and breathing techniques. Ideal for those with mobility and balance challenges or those sitting at a desk - all postures are done standing near or seated in a chair.
Rise & Shine Yoga

Rise & Shine Yoga is an invigorating 45min Vinyasa Flow Yoga class that will kickstart your morning and inspire you to move through the rest of your day with intention and ease. Expect your heart rate to rise and sweat to shine as you are guided through postures to build strength and encourage stability and flexibility through proper alignment. Connecting the body to the breath. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced participants. Grab your mat and fill your body and mind with positive energy!
These classes are taught verbally, and to YOU, so it's important that you leave your camera on and make sure your entire body is visible. I encourage you to use a tripod for your phone. Optional props to bring to class include a yoga mat (3-5mm,) block, strap, towel, and water.
