Class Descriptions
Vinyasa Flow- Yoga that connects your breath to each movement. I teach a Baptiste style Power Yoga and I teach at different levels so anyone can do this practice. This is a workout, not just "stretching." You will sweat, your heart rate will go up.
Restorative Yoga- A very gentle practice where we typically only do about 5 poses and hold them for an extended time. We will use bolsters, blocks, blankets and other props to help you relax and restore your body as well as mind.
Corporate Yoga- Bring yoga to work! Yoga has been proven to increase and enhance performance, mentally and physically. Have a group that wants to get together at the office? Let's set it up!
Virtual Classes- Live yoga, meditation and coaching personalized to fit your needs!
Thai Yoga Bodywork- Often called Lazy Yoga, combines restorative poses and massage. Working with the different meridian lines, marma points and chakras.
Meditation Coaching- Have you been curious about meditation? I can help you to develop a daily meditation practice and introduce you to different tools and resources such as journaling, prayer beads, chakras, sound therapy, essential oils and crystals.

Mobile Yoga & Massage- Having a girls night or event and want to add a special treat for your guests? I can bring the relaxation to you! Registered, licensed and insured yoga teacher & massage therapist available for booking.
*Private and small group lessons are also available in your home, a local park and I also have studio space in Garland & North Dallas. A practice designed specifically for your needs. Whether you're new to yoga and want to learn the basics before jumping in your first group class or you're nursing an aliment back to health. Private lessons to fit your needs and schedule!
Private lessons starting at $100/60 minutes. Additional fee may be added for drive time.
