The Longest Day, a fundraising event held on the summer solstice and the day with the most light. On June 21, thousands of participants from across the world come together to fight the darkness of Alzheimer’s through a fundraising activity of their choice. Worldwide, 50 million people are living with Alzheimer’s, including over 5 million Americans, and 16 million Americans provide unpaid care to individuals with Alzheimer’s and other dementias. On The Longest Day, teams form together to raise money and host an event of their choice. Our team’s goal is to raise $2,500, and we need your help! Please support our efforts by joining in the event or making a donation to our team.
