You may see Ellen Beth at some of my classes. She's my go to sub and has such a gentle and loving soul. Ellen Beth Levitt is a registered Yoga Alliance teacher (E-RYT200). She moved to the Dallas area in 2014 from Baltimore, Maryland, and she has been teaching yoga since 2007.
"I enjoy sharing the benefits of yoga with others--helping people to stretch and relax while also strengthening their muscles and improving their balance and flexibility.
My classes can best be described as a flowing vinyasa class, where we transition logically and safely from one pose to another while coordinating our breath with our movements. Teaching yoga and interacting with my students is an inspiring, joyful and creative endeavor for me. I especially enjoy introducing the benefits of yoga to people who are new to the practice."
Julie Davidson is passionate about helping others find support on their wellness journey by the use of Young Living Essential Oils and other wellness methods.
